Sharon and I sailed on the Splendour of the Seas last April. We took her across the Atlantic from San Juan for repositioning to Europe for the Summer months. It was a great cruise with calm seas and excellent weather! Ports of call were Barbados, Tenerife, Canary Islands, Madeira, Gibraltar, and Barcelona, Spain. Except for Barbados, these were all new ports of call for us. It was a taste of Southern Europe that we thoroughly enjoyed!

The Splendour is an identical twin to the Legend except for decor, color schemes, and artwork. We had a catagory F outside cabin on Mariner deck. Port side just ahead of midships. Our cabin was very quiet the whole trip. Also I did not notice the vibration problem that we encountered on the Legend. The Splendour is a smooth and quiet running ship.
