So how do we do it? It's really not that difficult. It is just a matter of getting the right combination of value, quality, and personal service that you should expect from a travel agent. Since we specialize in cruises, it's easy for us. We accomplish this goal through several ways:

1 Finding the right ship and itinerary to meet your needs. There are many ships to choose from these days, and more are on the way. The choices have never been better.

2 Following through on the important and not so important things. After booking your cruise with us we make the reservations, and receive a faxed confirmation from the cruise line. Then after verifying that the information is correct, we mail or fax it to you. Any changes that may be made, are also forwarded to you. Any special requests are handled quickly and efficiently.

3 Making sure that you are happy!! Nothing is more important to us than your complete satisfaction.If something doesn't go the way you expect, tell us so we can try and make it right.

When the ship, itinerary, and dates you wish to travel have been decided on, we then contact the line and book your cruise. It is at this time a deposit is required to hold the reservation. ( a typical 7 day cruise usually requires a $250 per person deposit). A personal check or credit card is accepted. If you choose to pay with a check, it is deposited into a trust account and then forwarded to the cruise line. If a credit card is your prefered method of payment, then we simply forward the card number directly to the cruise line.( NOTE: For security reasons all credit card information is dealt with over the telephone, not the internet). The balance of the fare is usually due approximately 2 months before the sailing date. The documents arrive at our office 2 weeks before you set sail. Everything is checked for accuracy, and then shipped to you via 2nd or next day air. Now all you have to do is enjoy your dream cruise!!
